Established in 1978 Nehru World School is an English medium co-educational School affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.). NWS is the beginning of a lifelong adventure known as learning. The School nurtures a spirit that fosters children's natural inquisitiveness and delight in learning.

The School provides each student, an international and exciting educational experience designed to become a caring, thoughtful, principled and well-balanced human being. Nehru World School received International School Award from the British Council in 2011 for successfully embedding internationalism in their curriculum. The School has a very strong Continuous Professional Development wing and regularly participates in Community Outreach programmes. In 2013, NWS was amongst the first schools in the country to offer CBSE I (International) Curriculum.
