A Premier, co- educational English medium school , Delhi Public School NTPC Vidyut Nagar is a significant part of the Delhi Public School Society, New Delhi. We feel proud and blessed to have touched a momentous milestone when we completed and celebrated the Thirtieth Anniversary of an amazing journey started on July 12, 1988. It's a matter of great pride to be part of a pulsating school which matured over the years crossing all hurdles and standing atop as a school to reckon with.

From humble beginnings of a few rooms share with the medical centre of the NTPC Township in 1988, it has spread over a sprawling campus of 17 acres with well equipped classrooms, labs, library, activity centres and lush green outdoor spaces. Here the students grow holistically in all dimensions. 

The school in its 30 years journey has seen many peaks.
It has been adjudged the Best School for two consecutive years among all the project schools of NTPC. It has won the Best School Award at the Zonal level and Regional level too. We are also one of the top six schools in "Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar" initiated by Government of India. The prestigious Medha Quiz Award constituted by NTPC has been won by the school at various age- group levels.
