28 September. 2009 stands as mile stone day in the history of Bahal as Rukmani Devi Kalyan Charitable Trust launched its first school in Bahal with the name of RDNL Vidya Mandir. On the auspicious day of Dusshera the grand opening of the school took place in the premises of RDNL Vidya Mandir. The RDNL Vidya Mandir is a Pre- Primary School from class NUR. to 2nd std.
The establishment of the RDNL Vidya Mandir is the dream fulfillment of renowned businessman and philanthropist Sh.Nagermal ji Aggrawal. His dream was to establish a unique system of education at his native place Bahal.
The school RDNL Vidya Mandir under Rukmani Devi Kalyan Charitable Trust Mumbai is founded by Smt. Sita Devi &sh. Nagarmalji Agrawal in memory of their mother Late Smt. Rukmani Devi Agrawal. The school is managed by BRCM education society.
