St. Mary?s High School, Jalna, is run by St. Mary?s Education Society, Jalna, registered under the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860. The members of the school society are Priests & Religious Brothers, belonging to the Roman Catholic Christian Religious Congregation of the Missionaries of St. Francis De Sales (MSFS) known as ?FRANSALIANS?. The Fransalians (MSFS), are known for running quality educational institutions all over India and abroad. The ex-officio president of the school society is the Provincial of the Nagpur Province of MSFS. Both the school society and the MSFS are engaged in various spiritual, socio-economic, educational and humanitarian activities.
