Holy Family Convent High School, Gokhivare, Vasai (E), is an educational institution run by the Catholic minority community, with all the rights and privileges granted by the constitution of India and recognized but unaided by the Department of Education of Maharashtra State.

It is run by the sisters of the Congregation of the Holy Family (Navajyothi Province, Trichur), through a Registered body Congregation of the Holy Family Navajyothi Educational Society Vasai (E).  The Foundress of congregation is Blessed Mother Mariam Theresia.  Family is the focus of the Apostolate of our congregation and through education our primary aim is to render service to the family seeing it as the basic unit of society,
