Inodai Waldorf School is managed by Education for Emancipation Trust, a non-profit organization working towards transforming the education scenario in India by providing Waldorf Education that provides holistic education for the child. Inodai Waldorf School is an initiative by parents whose children go to a Waldorf School.

Waldorf schools offer a developmentally appropriate, balanced approach to education that integrates the arts and academics for children from preschool through twelfth grade. It encourages the development of each child's sense of truth, beauty and goodness and provides an antidote to violence, alienation and cynicism. The aim of this education is to inspire in each student a lifelong love of learning and to enable them to fully develop their unique capacities.

Inodai Waldorf School started in the year 2011 with Nursery & Kindergarten. The Trust is committed to establish the school upto Grade 12, launching one Grade every year.

Inodai is a community based school. Parents are an integral part of the school system. They nurture and sustain the school by familiarising themselves with the philosophy of Waldorf education, contributing their services and expertise and being a support of the class teacher in various ways. In nurturing the school's development, parents provide a mantle of warmth around the school.
