Ludhani Vidya Mandir (June 2003) is the venture of the renowned Ludhani Family. A venture of the "Jassibai Bhawandas Ludhani Charitable Trust". The school is dedicated in the memory of Late Mr. & Mrs. Ludhani deceased parents of the Managing Trustees Shri. Ramchand. B. Ludhani and Shri. Lachman. B. Ludhani.

Established in June 2003, the school offers the Maharashtra State Government curriculum. The school is a co-educational institution and it follows the guidelines of the State Secondary Education Board of Maharastra.

The Academic year begins in June and ends in April. It is divided into two terms : June-November and November-April. The course of study extends from Pre-School stage (K.G.) to Standard 10,at the end of which pupils appears for the Maharashtra State Board Examination (SSC).
