Jormal Periwal Memorial Senior Secondary School for the Blind is an AIDED school under the Directorate of Education NCT of Delhi, affiliated to CBSE and administered by the Blind Relief Association, Delhi.

Education of the visually challenged has been the primary area of the Association?s activities ever since its inception. The mission of schooling the visually challenged commenced from a humble beginning as an informal school at Lal Kuan, Badarpur with just two boy students. It became a government-aided residential school under the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi in 1971 and got affiliated as a full-fledged Senior Secondary School to the Central Board of Secondary Education in the year 1977.

The School has made a mark for itself in the field of academics, sports and co-curricular activities. The School also boasts some of the finest facilities such as well-equipped computer labs, a well-stocked library and a large hostel.
