Queen Global International School has an international level with fully Air Conditioned facility and proposed Sr. Sec with all three streams i.e. Science, Commerce and Humanities run by a learned and experienced educationist Dr. Jyotsana Minocha M.A., M.ED, PHD in education, M.A. in English, B.Ed. in Phy Science and Maths, B. Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Math and English. Dr. Jyotsana has a teaching experience of 21 years at Lovely Public Sr. Sec. School.

She has received best teacher award from Former Delhi Chief Minister Smt. Sheila Dixit thrice in the year 2003, 2009 and in the year 2013 from the Federation of Public Schools. For exchange programmes and educational tours, she has visited Los Angeles in the year 2008 and London in the year 2014 for the latest technologies and better & improved criteria of education. She has also been awarded for Delhi Ka Gorav in the year 2005 and Bhartiya Sanskriti Gyan Pariksha award in the year 2003.

In the year 2002 she was appointed as Head Examiner of English by C.B.S.E. for the year 2002 till 2007. In the year 1995 Dr. Jyotsana joined English Teacher Association for improving the teaching and learning methods of the students and to give them benefits. Some of her learning experiences are United School Organisation of India, Andhra Pradesh Public Library Association, Intensive Instructional skills training programme, Methods of approaches for effective English teaching, Activity based teaching of Mathematics.
