The school is being managed and controlled by S. D. Educational Trust (Regd.). It is a Senior Secondary School recognised by the Directorate of Education and affiliated to the C. B. S. E. (Aff. No. 2730111, Code-85327), New Delhi under its All India Scheme. At the +2 level the school has all the three streams viz. Science, Commerce and Humanities. Modern and latest teaching techniques, discipline through example and encouragement, excellent facilities for cocurricular and sports activities make the school an ideal platform for the overall growth of the children.
