Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is a residential and co.educational institution run by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti under ministry  of Human resource & Development, Department of Secondary & Higher Education, Govt.of India situated in 34.28 Accrs of land at Chalakurthy Camp, Nalgonda District Telangana State which 12 KM away from Nagarjuna Sagar and 145 KM from Hyderabad.  The JNV established in 1986 in the temporary buildings of Nagarjuna Sagar Project  (Left Canal Division) and presently running in its permanent buildings.
