Kendriya Vidyalaya Venkatagiri is functioning at a temporary make shift building Ananda Nilayam opposite to Railway station, Venkatagiri. It is in a horse-shoe structured building comprising of 16 class rooms, one computer lab, office room and Principal's room. There is a temporary provision made for playing kabbaddi, volley ball and long jump within an acute space available.
The permanent building of KV Venkatagiri is under construction at Boppapuram Road.

Facilities available including games and sports facilities
In the present make shift building, because of space constraints, only facilities are existing for conducting volley ball, kabbaddi and long jump.
