The Good Shepherd School was envisaged and founded by Mr. Ken Clarke & Mrs. Charlotte Clarke under the aegis of The good Shepherd Educational Society (Regd) Solan. Their untiring and inspiring efforts rendered in the field of education for over 4 decades have left an indelible impression in the state of Himachal Pradesh.
Mr. & Mrs. Clarke joined St. Luke?s School in Solan, a quiet and serene little town in the picturesque landscapes of the hills of Himachal Pradesh in 1971. Their dedication, commitment and selfless service to the noble profession of teaching instilled values that have benefited society at large.

The Dawn of the new millennium paved the way for the establishment of The good Shepherd School, Fun and Learn. Mrs. Clarke enriched with her experience at St. Luke?s Senior Secondary School, Solan and as Principal, Assemblies of God Church School, Lucknow coupled with an International stint as Supervisor at The Al Wadi Al Kabir School, Muscat, Oman laid the foundation of the Fun and Learn School, Circular Road, Solan a Primary school in 2001 which is Recognized & Registered by H.P. Education Board and is catering to local educational needs.

The Good Shepherd School, Solan, is the outcome of perseverance and a strong commitment by its Founder Patrons to ensure the continuance of a noble legacy with the same commitment, enthusiasm and dedication.
