Gita Bhawan Public School was founded by His Holiness Swami Vedanta Nand Ji Maharaj. He is the Founder President of Gita Bhawan, Gita Bhawan Public School, Moga as well as Pawan Dham, Haridwar. The activities of the School are administered by Gita Bhawan Public School Society (Regd.), Moga. The School?s founding day was August 18, 1995 on the eve of Lord Krishna?s Birthday (Krishan Janam Aasthami). The School had humble beginnings, starting in a single room and gradually growing into an institution. In 2003 the School affiliated itself with CBSE, New Delhi. The School has created history by producing 100% results in Matriculation Examination since 2005. Every year majority of the students pass with first class, while many others receive National Merit certificates. The School believes in the principle ?Nation Building through Character Building?.
