The D.A.V. Public School, Puri-Road, Bhubaneswar   came into force on 1st July, 1992. The Motto of this school and its guiding principle is ?Let learning be a joy and teaching a pleasure?.

To impart moral values, the school starts each day with morning prayer, Gayatri Mantra, thoughts of great persons and some activities by pupils under the guidance of the erudite teachers.
