J. S. Public School was established in 1992 in the memory of Late Mr. Jagat Narayan Garg, Revenue Commissioner of Madhya Bharat and his wife Shanti Devi, by a team of eminent educationists with a purpose of imparting holistic education to the children of Morena district with the best available resources in an inexpensive manner. Over the years, the school has produced a number of responsible citizens, who are now serving the nation as powerful administrators, engineers, medical practitioners, advocates and entrepreneurs. The school is planning to conduct a mega Alumni Meet in 2017-18 to celebrate the 25th year of service in education and support the growing community of Alumni.
