Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Shaikshanik Vikas Samiti is running two schools in Ratlam. S.G.T.B.P.H.S.S. from classes L.K.G. to XII is affiliated to Madhyamik Siksha Mandal M.P. Bhopal, running at Shastri Nagar and New Road, Ratlam. S.G.T.B.A from L.K.G. to XII is affiliated to C.B.S.E. Board Delhi. Affiliation no. 1030290 running at Arvind marg, Sailana Road, Ratlam. Shri G.T.B.A. at present is affiliated to C.B.S.E. up to class X. School has applied for upgradation to senior secondary classes as per C.B.S.E.norms. The school academic year is from 1st April to 31st march for class I onwards All the new admissions will be completed as per instructions for classes VI to X School is running 16 buses for the safe conveyance of students. School is not in a position to provide bus conveyance to each and every student. The method of first come first serve will be adopted for providing this service. Bus will not collect the students from house to house. It is essential for parent to leave and collect the students from bus stop. Though the school will try to collect the student the students from the nearest approach to the residence of L.K.G.& U.K.G. students. School will not accept donation money. Admission will be given on Academic merit basis. From class VI onwards it will be compulsory for every student to deposit caution money as prescribed in the fee rule which will be refundable on leaving school. Parents are at liberty to purchase stationary or books from any shop as prescribed by N.C.R.E.T. course.
