 The springs International Schools are owned and floated by PKM Educational and Charitable Trust, Manjeri.  The chief aim of the Trust is to provide a world class learning atmosphere, affordable to the public. The PKM Trust comprises of a group of voluntary social servants including doctors and educationalists. The Chairman of the Trust, Dr. P. Abdu Razak, is both a veteran physician as well as humanist, He is the founder of The PKM Hospital in Pandikkadu, Kerala. The director of the Trust, Dr.Siyad, is a well-known paediatrician and a child psychologist; who's lifelong goal is to provide students with a nature-friendly schooling environment, where they acquire an education with a focus on contributing to the development of a world based oncompassionate society.  

       The PKM Educational and Charitable Trust is bound to a principle to create an educational community that strives for excellence by preparing students for learning beyond their school years and assisting them to become lifelong learners, as well as helping them to be self-directed, realistic, and responsible decision makers when solving the problems that they will encounter in our multicultural, ever-changing world.
