Mar Gregorios English Medium Higher Secondary School was founded in the year 1977 and is dedicated to the memory of Mar Gregorios of Parumala. This is a state syllabus school and is celebrating its 37th year of excellence in the field of education. Mar Gregorious Orthodox church, the educational agency of the school governs the school by constituting the Governing Board of the school. It has been keeping up high academic standards all throughout; and is now marching towards the fourth decade of excellence. This temple of learning run by Mar Gregorious Church, Njaliakuzhy, is managed by the Metropolitan of Kottayam Diocese of Malankara Orthodox Church.
