St. Paul's Convent High School, Jammu is owned and established by the diocese of Jammu-Srinagar (Catholic Church of Jammu and Kashmir) and administered by its subsidiary wing known as the Diocese of Jammu-Srinagar Education Society (Regd. N1601-S of 1989) under the provisions of article 30(1) of the Indian Constitution principally for the benefits of the Christians in addition to others without any distinction of caste and creed.

Co-curricular activities are just as much a part of sound education as studies. It is chiefly through these activities that the various faculties of a child?s personality are revealed. Qualities, such as team spirit, self confidence, leadership, sportsmanship, initiative and proper use of leisure time are developed. Mere book learning is not enough for life. Some Co-curricular activities encouraged are public speaking, dramatics (Hindi and English), dancing, singing, P.T, athletics, educational films, NCC, debates etc.
