The importance of co-curricular activities in school education and its necessity for a holistic development of a student?s personality is well established. Co-curricular activities ? Music, Dance, Drawing, Painting, Debates, Elocutions, Yoga, Taekwondo etc. ? are an integral part of the learning process in Bijendra Public School.

Yoga is a group of ancient spiritual practices originating in India. As a general term in Hinduism it has been defined as referring to "technologies or disciplines of asceticism and meditation which are thought to lead to spiritual experience and profound understanding or insight into the nature of existence. Outside India, Yoga is mostly associated with the practice of asana (postures) of Health Yoga or as a form of exercise. Yoga is widely practiced in our school.

Dance is an art of expressing the feeling of soul through different posture. Classical, folk and other dances are practiced in our school.

The training of Indian Classical Music, Folk music, Different musical Instruments like Guitar, Harmonium, Tabla etc are given in our school.
