INTRODUCTION
The St. Michael's High School, located at Walipur Road in Jamalpur is a minority catholic Christian institution, founded in 1988 by the joint endeavour of Mr. Cyril Michael and Mrs. Gladys Michael,is under the management of ST. MICHAEL'S EDUCATIONAL & WELFARE SOCIETY. Since its origin the society has been active in the field of education and cultural development, primarily of christian children seeking the same and admitting such other children irrespective of caste, creed, location, sex or religion, as are desirious of receiving education in St. Michael's High School. All decision of the Governing body find their source in Shristian philosophy and theology. The School has witnessed tremendous growth on terms of strength and quality education and its is poised for further growth as it moves beyond the silver jubilee of its foundation.
The patron saint of this school is "St. Michael", an Archangel who drew away the evil force, satan out of heaven, henceforth this school is committed to the service of faith in GOD and fight evil influences to accomplish its motto "LOVE & SERVICE".
