DESCRIPTION :

It was the dream of Hon?ble Dr. R.P. Singh C.M.D. Power Grid Corp .of India Ltd. and the invincible will power of Hon?ble Regional Director and Vice President D.A.V. College Managing Committee, New Delhi-55, Sh. N.D.Grover to give to  light and educate the students of such a remote area of Pusauli, Sh. J. Vashudeven,  the then Power Secretary Govt. of India inaugurated  the school on 13th April 2001. The school is sponsored by Power  Grid Corp .of India Ltd. The school was started with a small number of 62 students in the Bachelor Field Hostel of Power Grid. Since then the school has travelled a long distance. Presently it is functioning in its own palatial building of about One Crore ( 1 Crore)  having all infrastructure for imparting standard class of education to the students of the vicinity. This is the result of the faith bestowed upon the school by the parents of the locality that the school is presently nurturing the future of about 1300 students up to secondary level.  The Central Board of Secondary Education became kind enough and the school was granted affiliation from April-2005. Since then the school has been giving good result in AISSE exams with hundred pass percentage every year. Many Students of the school has brought laurels to it and have taken admission in different prestigious Engineering Institution like IIT Kanpur, NIT J.K., Jamshedpur , KIIT- Bhuwaneshwar and Medical Colleges like Punjab Medical College etc. In games and sport many students have participated at National level too. The school has a fleet of buses which covers about 40Kms of radius. The school has a very rich Library, Science Lab, Maths Lab and I.T. Lab too It is the faith the school has created in the vicinity that being happy with the performance, the wife of Late Jamindar Saryu Madhav Rastogi  has donated a well furnished building of worth Rs. One Crore to start a feeder branch of this school at Kudra in his name. The school is all determined to achieve the pinnacle glory of success under the able guidance of DR(Mrs.) Nisha Peshin,  Director (P-S) DAV CMC, Dr. U.S.Prasad, Regional Director  BZ-B, Gaya, Mr. A.K. Jana, Asstt. Regional Director BZ-F, Gaya and at the top DAV CMC New Delhi. The principal of the school Mr. S.P. Yadav has left no stones unturned to see the school at the top at least in Bihar Zone F.
