Kendriya Vidyalaya Golaghat is temporarily running in old Girls Hostel of residential Girls polytechnic college Pulibor, Golaghat under the leadership of Sh T.N. Thakur Principal and patronage of Sh Ajay Pant, Deputy Commissioner , KVS (RO) Tinsukia & Mr. Anowarul Haque, the Chairman VMC & DC Golaghat .
The deputy Commissioner and the other authorities of the District are keenly interested in the growth of vidyalaya. For the construction of permanent building and staff quarters etc. a plot of land measuring 20 Bighas 3 kotha at Chellengi Gaon near Golaghat town has been allotted and the process of the construction initiated by KVS.
