In 1993 Sacred Heart School was started with few students with the aim to bring education and awareness in the local community. The school was under the propriety of Paul Vincent, principal Jairam Topno and advisor Ru. Kabir.In the same year, the school name was changed to ?Little Angels School?,and the school administration moved to the hands of principal Sailen Bordoloi,president Mahesh Saikia and secretary Subhash Kanwar.In the year 1996, there came another change, in our school name from Little Angels School it became to ?Swami Vivekananda?. The school was headed by Sri Gautam Bora.In 2002, their came a spiritual revolution where the responsibility of the school was taken over by Vivekananda Kendra kanyakumari. And from then the school came to be known as ?Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya,Tingrai?.In the following 10 glorious years, school saw rapid growth and progress in every field with flying colours.
