St. Johns School, Katsila, Chandauli A Minority Institution, Was Established In 2005 And Is Administered By The Catholic Diocese Of Varanasi, A Registered Charitable Society. It Is Under The Religious Jurisdiction Of The Bishop Of The Diocese Of Varanasi. This School Was Pioneered By Rev. Fr. Lawrence Mendonca Under Whose Able Leadership School Was Initiated. Sisters Of The Adoration Of Blessed Sacrament Of Satna Province Actively Involved In The Day To Day Administration Of The School.

 The School Aims At The Education Of The Catholic Community Around And Extends Its Services To The Members Of The Other Communities To The Extent Possible. The School Stands For Academic Excellence, Development Of Skills And Character Formation Based On The Love Of God And The Service Of Mankind As Modeled In Jesus Christ, With A View To Training Citizens Remarkable For All Round Development And Sincere Commitment To God And Country.
