Blue Bell Dr. Ram Tirth Dube Memorial School was founded in 1985 as a co-educational school. The school has been set up by Blue Bell Shiksha Sansthan, a society registered under The Societies Registration Act (1860).

The school aims to ensure that its students achieve their highest academic and personal potential. It also aims to give them a firm foundation based upon an understanding of Indian culture, society and ideas.
