School with hostel facility St Josephs Sr Sec School, Auraiya

DESCRIPTION :

On request of NTPC authorities and the initiation of Shri P.K. Kundu DGM, NTPC AuGpp,St. Thomas Educational and Medical Society started St. Joseph's school in NTPC Township at Dibiyapur in 16th July 1989. Late Rev. Fr. Isac Kochupura a pioneer, an able administrator, christened the institution as St. Joseph School on 16th July 1989 under the guidance of Rev. Fr. Kuruvilla okkat, the first President of St. Thomas Educational and Medical Society, and classes started on 17th July 1989. Rev. Fr. Jose Viruppel, the first manager and Rev. Sr. Bonifice, the first Principal started running this institution with the motto "JOY IN SERVICE." The School is under the patronage of the Archbishops of Agra (U.P) and Changanacherry (Kerala). The school got affiliated to CBSE in 1996. The first batch of the school appeared for the AISSE in March 1996 and for the AISSCE in April 2001.
